In the PC version, one could hit alt, f, a to save as or hit alt, e, s, v to paste special. Is there a substitute for the 'alt' key in the PC version that directly takes you to the tool bar when pressed? i.e.

I've just begun to explore the short commings of the MAC version, but my immediate shortcuts needs are the following: Hold the ALT key and press the Enter key for Windows (for Mac hold the Control and Option keys and hit the Enter key).
